- Stage One Healthy Communities Open House to raise money for the Stage One/ HCI Performing Arts Complex on January 30, 2010 from 3-5 p.m. at the Franklin Mint Site on Baltimore Pike.

- All donations are tax-deductible. Both large and small donations are appreciated and acknowledged.
- Major gifts are also needed to cover the projected $1,500,000 cost of creating Stage One.

Performing Arts Complex of Delaware County will be developed in two steps:
- Stage One—a basic version
- Complete Complex.
Located in the building at the Franklin Mint, Stage One will include:
- 350-seat Theater
- Dressing Rooms
- Lobby and Box Office
- Large Rehearsal/Dance space
- Smaller Rehearsal spaces
- Classrooms
- Dedicated Spaces for HCI activities
$1,500,000 is needed to cover expenses and renovation costs. The building now has large open rooms that will be converted into the spaces listed above.
Stage One will host many fund raising events to cover expenses and renovation costs.Once built, the venues will be rented for income.Then fund raising events will focus on money needed for the Final Complex.
